Return & Refund Policy
At BNDT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- It must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Important:
- Return requests must be approved before sending the item back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damages & Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Clearance items (discounted 30% or greater)
- Gift cards
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original item following our return process. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds & Store Credit
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Items discounted at 30% or greater are not eligible for refunds but can be returned for store credit.
- All refunds are subject to a $5.99 per item restocking fee.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may take additional time to process the refund.

Loss Protection Terms & Conditions
BNDT offers Loss Protection as an optional add-on to help safeguard your purchase. By purchasing Loss Protection, you agree to the following terms:

Eligibility for Replacement
To qualify for a replacement under BNDT Loss Protection, the customer must provide verifiable proof of loss. This includes:-
A copy of a filed police report or

A documented loss report from your credit card company or financial institution.

Proof Submission
Proof of loss must clearly state the wallet was lost or stolen and must include the customer’s name and the approximate date of loss. BNDT reserves the right to request additional documentation if needed. -
Replacement Conditions
Once proof is approved:-
The customer will be required to pay a $9.99 shipping and processing fee.

One (1) replacement wallet will be issued per covered purchase. Color or model may vary depending on available inventory.

Exclusions
Loss Protection does not cover:-
Orders without verified proof of loss.

Additional accessories or items not originally purchased with Loss Protection.
